Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Note that delivery times are provided solely as guidelines and are not always 100% accurate.

Return Policy

Returns and exchanges will be accepted within 10 days of receiving your item. The item must be sent back in the original condition, unworn, with all original packaging. Please email me at contactnostalgique@gmail.com to begin your return process. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs and will be liable for items damaged or lost in transit - I suggest using tracked shipping service with signature upon delivery. Once I have received your return, you will be issued with an exchange or refund within 5 business days. The original cost of shipping is non-refundable. Your return will only be accepted if it meets the returns criteria.

Please note that I am unable to accept returns for earrings due to hygiene reasons.
